STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. I have taken a couple of the On Demand streaming classes and am so glad they are available. I appreciate being able to take a class when it is convenient! I love that Carlos has great enthusiasm and creates routines that are relatively easy and lots of fun to do. He works with other instructors I have taken classes from and they are all fantastic! I am moving to Colorado soon and will continue to take classes, and probably sign up for VIP access.
